Returns Policy
Custom Orders Are Non-Returnable
All jackets, hoodies, vests, and corsets are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns on customized items unless there is a mistake from our side.
Returns Are Only Accepted If:
- You received the wrong product (size, color, or design)
- Your item was damaged or defective at the time of delivery
Return Request Process:
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
- Send your Order ID and clear photos showing the issue
- Our team will review and confirm if the return is eligible
- If approved, we'll arrange a replacement or resolve the issue
Important:
- Returns due to change of mind, wrong size selected by customer, or delays within delivery window will not be accepted
- Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed
