1. Order Processing & Customization
All products are made to order based on the specifications (size, color, design) selected by the customer.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Ensure all customization details (e.g. name, logo, patches) are correct before submitting your order.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
We accept international payment methods through secure gateways.
For bulk orders, partial advance may be accepted with written agreement.
3. Production & Delivery Timeline
Standard production + delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks.
In case of bulk/custom designs, additional time may be required.
NS Collections is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or customs.
4. Shipping Policy
We offer shipping worldwide.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted based on location.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
5. Returns & Replacements
Customized products are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error from our side.
If the wrong item or a damaged product is received, notify us within 3 days of delivery for review.

6. Product Images & Representation
We strive to accurately represent all products, but colors and designs may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography, or lighting.
Logos or reference images sent for custom jackets must be owned or licensed by the customer. NS Collections is not responsible for copyright issues.

Customer data is handled securely and used only for order processing and communication.
