Order Processing & Customization
- All products are made to order based on the specifications (size, color, design) selected by the customer.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Ensure all customization details (e.g. name, logo, patches) are correct before submitting your order.

Payment Terms
- Full payment is required at the time of placing the order.
- We accept international payment methods through secure gateways.
- For bulk orders, partial advance may be accepted with written agreement.

Production & Delivery Timeline
- Standard production + delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks.
- In case of bulk/custom designs, additional time may be required.
- NS Collections is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or customs.

Shipping Policy
- We offer shipping worldwide.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted based on location.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Returns & Replacements
- Customized products are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error from our side.
- If the wrong item or a damaged product is received, notify us within 3 days of delivery for review.
