NS Collections is not obligated to monitor this site, although we may do so to fulfill our varsity letterman jacket orders. However, you acknowledge that NS Collections reserves the right to electronically monitor this site periodically and disclose any information as required to comply with laws, regulations, governmental requests, operate the site effectively, or safeguard itself and its subscribers.
NS Collections reserves the right to reject or remove any information or materials, wholly or partially, that are deemed unacceptable, undesirable, or in violation of this Agreement at its sole discretion.
